TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Vendors are responsible for supplying, setting up and securing their own tent and booth space. Please tie down tents properly and appropriately to avoid damage to your merchandise or other vendor merchandise.
The sale area is within a fenced pasture which will remain locked at night. Vendors may leave merchandise overnight at their own risk.
There will be No Vehicle/Truck access within the sale area during the sale. Schedule access for loading and unloading the night before or early morning before the sale starts.
Vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting sales tax as required.
This is a rain or shine event.
For the safety of Vendors and Shoppers, in the event of severe weather, the Farmhouse Pasture Sale reserves the right to adjust the shopping schedule accordingly.
There will be a Porta-Potty on site for vendor and visitor use. Food Truck availability and times may vary so feel free to bring food and beverage. There will be several garbage cans located on site but please do not leave trash or packaging materials on site.
I understand that my application will be reviewed and I will be contacted if I am selected to be a Vendor for the Farmhouse Pasture Sale.
Vendor applications will be reviewed upon receipt and accepted Vendors will be notified by email within 3 business days.
Upon acceptance, Vendors will receive a payment invoice and all fees are due within 3 business days of receipt to secure rental space.
Fees may be paid by credit card or debit card.
All Vendor fees are non-refundable.
All vendor information is protected and we do not share or sell information provided in this form.
PARTICIPANT HEREBY ASSUMES FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY RISK OF BODILY INJURY, DEATH OR PROPERTY DAMAGE arising out of or related to his/her participation in the Farmhouse Pasture Sale event (The "Event"), whether caused by the NEGLIGENCE OF FARMHOUSE PASTURE SALE, THE PARTICIPANTS, THIRD PARTIES, or otherwise, including, without limitation, the risks and inherent dangers associated with the Event. The undersigned assumes the risk of any injury to person or property resulting from any of the inherent dangers and risks; and may not recover from any Event operator for any injury resulting from any conditions of the Event, and the failure of participants to perform within their own abilities.
PARTICIPANT HEREBY RELEASES, WAIVES, DISCHARGES AND COVENANTS NOT TO SUE FARMHOUSE PASTURE SALE FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY TO THE UNDERSIGNED, his/her personal representatives, assigns, heirs, and next of kin FOR ANY AND ALL LOSS OR DAMAGE AND ANY CLAIM OR DEMANDS THEREFORE ON ACCOUNT OF INJURY TO THE PERSON OR PROPERTY OR RESULTING IN DEATH OF THE UNDERSIGNED ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE EVENT(S); WHETHER CAUSED OR CONTRIBUTED TO BY THE NEGLIGENCE OR BREACH OF WARRANTY OF FARMHOUSE PASTURE SALE, the PARTICIPANTS, THIRD PARTIES, OR OTHERWISE.
