OMB CIRCULARS COMPLIANCE
Participants will gain an understanding of changes that occurred as a result of 2 CFR 200, which replaced various OMB Circulars, as well as an improved understanding of financial management, recordkeeping. Topics to be covered during this session include: Introduction to financial systems; Internal controls; Basic accounting records; Source documentation; Budget controls; Cash management; Procurement & contracting; Other relevant financial management topics as determined through initial assessments.
