Tentative Hotel Commitment Form 2012 Season

Talladega Superspeedway is continuing their major sales and marketing effort to help race finds find affordable hotel accommodations to upcoming races. The program will once again cover the May 4-6 Aaron's Dream Weekend and the October 5-7, 2012 weekend as well. Preferred hotels will again be available online at DEGAROOMS.COM. Fans can search area hotels for the lowest available rates and receive an immediate confirmation. Hotels interested in participating in the city-wide block for this event should submit this form.No formal contracts or collateral material are needed at this time. Information will be reviewed and we will work with hotels to finalize room blocks and rates (some site visits will be scheduled). Selected hotels will be issued standard contracts.

This block must be held on a first-option tentative basis until December 15, 2012 (pending contracts) upon submitting this form. Our rates must be the lowest available 'transient' rates for that weekend (including online chanels). All reservations will be sent via ROOMING LIST ONLY with method of guarantee. We will contract a two week cut-off date for each race, but will sell up to race week by mutual agreement.
