Requirements of your Organization

1. Your organization must have a minimum of twenty participants registered for the event (from your network)

2. A medium resolution logo to be displayed on our website and invitations.

3. Active promotion and marketing of the event to your network(s) via your own means, as well as through the utilization of the electronic invitation we supply.

Optional Attachments

1. Organization’s most recent IRS Form 990

2. Annual budget for the current and immediate past fiscal year

Once your application has been approved, Mile High Society Project will provide the following to your organization:

1. All event operations (i.e. Collect donation, venue booking, negotiation of donated drinks & food, setup, photography, etc.)

2. Mile High Society Project will send electronic invitations for your event, utilizing the MHSP network of over 600 people and will post the event our Website and Facebook page. You will receive the electronic invitation to distributed to your network.

3. A Mile High Society Project Board Member will be in contact with your Primary Event Contact throughout the process.
