Important Notes

1. Invited artists will be notified of their assigned time slot as soon as possible.

2. Artists should arrive and check in with the Performance Coordinator 45 minutes prior to their time slot.

3. Artists agree to plan their performance to fit within the assigned time slot.

4. All performances and lyrics must be family-friendly.

5. The information provided above may be used for this event’s press releases, publications, and advertisements. In addition, we ask that artists provide a short bio and photograph in JPG format for use on the COTA website and with other publicity.

6. A technician and sound system will be provided. Up to 5 microphones and boom stands are available. Musicians with amplifiable acoustic instruments must provide their own cables. In the space below, please describe the specific sound needs for your performance
