  • Guidelines

    1. Earthdance Lakeland is a rain or shine event. Booth fees, sponsor donations, and staff passes are non-refundable.
    2. Vendor booths must be manned by at least one person for the entire time the booth is open. Controlled Chaos Productions will be held harmless for theft or damage of equipment and/or inventory incurred during the festival.
    3. Vendors shall remove and properly dispose of all rubbish and booth materials by 6pm on Sunday the 23rd.
    4. Vendors must provide their own tables, displays, lights, and tents*. All items for sale must be visibly priced. Vendors may not sell any items with the Earthdance Logo.
    5. Vendors may not sell or distribute alcoholic beverages. No styrofoam cups or disposable glass containers are allowed in the festival.
    6. All vendors rent booth space as independent contractors, not as employees or representatives of
    Earthdance Lakeland, and thus assume all responsibilities for withholding taxes, social security, and public liability, and signing waivers.
    7. Vendors using the festival’s electricity must provide extension cords for their electrical appliances. Alternatively, vendors may use their own generator.

    Controlled Chaos Productions agrees to provide partners/sponsors with timely and honest communications, accomodations, and proof of purchase. 


    Schedule goes as follows:

    Thursday, September 20th ... SET UP DAY starts @ 3.pm. (vending optional)

    Friday, September 21st ... MARKET HOURS (12 noon - Midnight)

    Saturday, September 22nd. ...MARKET HOURS (12 noon - 2 a.m.)

    Sunday, September 23rd ...TEAR DOWN DAY  3pm-6pm (vending optional)
