    Submitting this form generates a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). After you click Submit Form, an email will be sent to you shortly with instructions on returning your unit.

    If you are having issues with a new extensometer, a newly serviced extensometer or having issues such as, device will not calibrate/verification issues, unusual data values,  or no reading whatsoever, please fill out a tech support request found here:  https://www.epsilontech.com/troubleshooting/

    If the device is visually damaged or if you know of some type of physical damage occurring, please generate a RMA below.

    •  Warranty Service:

      Any necessary service covered under warranty will be completed promptly and at no cost.  

      Standard Services:

      For non-warranty recalibration and repair services, we will send you an itemized quotation for approval before beginning any recommended billable service. Service costs vary and we cannot easily estimate the cost until we receive the device.

      Repair assessment may require some disassembly of the damaged device. If you decline repair but still want the damaged bits returned to you, it will not be reassembled.

      Expedited Service Option:

      Expedited service is available for many common services but is subject to availability and is not available for all models and services. We will include an option for expedited service (if available) in your standard service quotation. 

      Service Lead Time:

      Service lead times typically run 2-6 weeks, depending on the service required. We will include application-specific lead times in your quotation. Note that lead times begin at the time the service is approved.

      Service assessment fees:

      There is no fee for service assessment and quotation.

      Shipping:

      For non-warranty service, you are responsible for shipping the device to us, and the return shipping once the repair or recalibration has been completed.  Please ship to Epsilon using UPS or FedEx when possible.
