The GAPSA Weekly Newsletter is distributed to thousands of Penn graduate students every SUNDAY. Our objective is to keep students informed about events and opportunities that may enrich their time here at Penn.

Please submit your listing no later than FRIDAY at 5PM prior to the week you would like it publicized. Once submitted, your event will also be added to the Events Calendar on our website (http://gapsa.upenn.edu) and our Facebook Events Page (https://www.facebook.com/UpennGAPSA/events). NOTE: If you have submitted an event earlier than the week prior to its scheduled date, we reserve the right to hold the listing for a future newsletter to accomodate other listings. If you are selling tickets in advance, we will do our best to list you as early as possible.
