Gracefully Vintage Policy on Layaway -Delivery - Shipping -Upholstery - Painting- Buying Online or Over the Phone.
Layaway is for 30 days Only (unless otherwise noted) 50% of Total due at time of Purchase-the remaining 50% due in 30 days. We will Email/Call Customer a few days before 30 day mark as a Reminder, On Day 4 we Will Charge Customer $10.00 a day for Storing item at shop (due to shop size we can not store items for Customers) Once we hit day 7, the Item goes back up for sale & customer loses item & the 50% they put down.(If Customer goes over the 4th day- They Must pay the $10.00 a day fee in order to recieve item.
Delivery- We offer (Door to Door) delivery, we can only deliver item to your entry, we do not move other items in your home or arrange pieces due to Liability. We do not unwrap or Set up pieces, Only Deliver piece to your home Safely. (Stairs & Larger Pieces have a Higher Charge)
Shipping- Takes 24-48 hours to get a Quote from our Shipper- 1-2 weeks for pick up from our Shoppe and 1-4 weeks for Delivery. (Pricing is High due to Price of Gas for a Small Semi Turck and that All pieces are wrapped by Two men-Loaded & Driven to Destination)
Upholstery-We do offer Custom Upholstery ( when we have the time for Custom work) Our pieces may include imperfections due to being made -upholstered by hand and not by a manufacture-You must visit shoppe to see our style & how we do our work. A picture of item must be sent in for an accurate quote. Allow for 1-2 weeks for work
Custom Painting- We do Offer Custom Painting (when we have the time for Custom work) You must send in a picture of item for an accurate quote. Our pieces-work is all done by hand and may include imperfections due to being made-worked on by hand and not by a manufacture- Allow 1-2 weeks for work.
Buy & Leave-If you choose to buy an item & leave, coming back to pick up at later time, We allow this for up to 30 days- Once we hit day 30 we will Charge you $10.00 a Day to store your item-on Day 7 you Lose the Item & Money
(Unless an agreement is made-with Shoppe) We offer Storage for an Additional Fee for a limited time.
*IF You are Buying ONLINE-or Over the Phone, we always recomend our Customers first see the item before purchase, as there are No Returns-Exchanges of any Kind.
Buying Over the Phone or Online- Once you agree to our Policy & we Ring your order, there are No Returns-No exchanges of any kind- ALL Sales Are Final
