Event Evaluation Form
This form is for official RHA Executive Board member or Hall President use ONLY. We sponsor numerous events in the residential communities each year and would love the opportunity to sponsor or co-sponsor yours!
Instructions: Please complete the following form to outline the successes and improvements for the event.
Submission: Completed forms must be submitted 48 hours after the conclusion of the event. Upon submission, your evaluation will be reviewed and you will be contacted if there are any questions regarding your submission.
