*All vendors will be provided with 1 table, 1 black table cloth, 2 chairs, and parking validation for both company representatives.
*Vendors must arrive no later than 9:15 am to set up their tables. The doors for the event will open at 10:00 am so it is very important for vendors to be on time.
*Vendors must show up and have their tables staffed through the duration of the event unless otherwise discussed with CHE staff.
*If for any reason a vendor cannot participate, they must alert the staff of Chevon Hines Enterprises at least 72 hours in advance.
*We will have complimentary breakfast refreshments, coffee, juice, and tea available as a thank you for spending your time with us. :-)
*Vendor tables are offered at no charge for this event. In exchange for the free table, we ask for each vendor to send out an email blast about our event to your respective networks. You help us spread the word about the event and we help you connect with people who need your services.
