HOURS & FEES
Please consider our normal operating hours when scheduling your event & its volunteers. Activities outside of our normal operating hours will be assessed a facilities fee of $65/4 hours. Activities involving more than 25 people during daytime office hours are also subject to the facilities fee.
Daytime Office Hours: Mon. - Fri. 9:00 - 4:30
Church Year Activity Hours
Evenings: Mon - Th 4:30 - 9:30; Weekends: Sat. 10:00 - 5:00; Sunday until 3:00
Summer Activity Hours
Evenings: Mon - Wed 4:30 - 9:30; Weekends: Sat. 10:00 - 5:00; Sunday until 1:00
Allow at least 48 hours (preferably more) for a simple meeting with no setup, food, or AV usage; five days for any event needing food or AV setup and two weeks for larger events and events held outside normal church hours to allow for staff arrangements.
