    • Panelist for a panel discussion

      Thank you for being on the panel for the discussion session. The input and feedback from different panelists are very valuable to the attendees. To help you and your attendees, please fill out the form below so that we can help you with any special equipment, supplies, and setup.
    • A panel discussion takes 2 hours during either Tuesday or Wednesday of the core conference. The first section will be maily a short presentation from the panelists discussing their experiences and expertise. We will have a list of questions for you available starting in May 2013.

      The second section will be an open roundtable discussion with the panelists and the attendees. The attendees will ask one question at a time, and the panel will take turns giving their views, thoughts, and answers to the question.

      There will be a moderator who will keep track of time and to keep the discussion on track. A moderator can be a panel member (encouraged) or an assistant who oversees the time clock and keep the discussions on topic.
