Attach a letter of recommendation from your teacher that addresses musical ability and financial need.

If selected a formal thank you letter and (at the end of the scholarship) a final report must be submitted. This will describe what you have achieved in your lessons and any public performance opportunities. If selected, participants must agree to be included in all press releases and submit all paperwork in a timely manner. If selected, invoices and payments will be coordinated directly with teachers. Failure to comply with regulations will result in the immediate withdrawl of the award.
