Proper maintenance of a home is a fundamental responsibility of living in an HOA. Also, familiarizing yourself with all sections of your governing documents is YOUR responsibility as a homeowner living in an HOA.
Our role as the inspection company is to identify routine and recurring home maintenance issues. However, it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to decide whether you or a professional are best suited to address the issues.
**EXTENSION REQUESTS: Please note that requests will be considered upon receipt of the final notice which will be labeled as "FINAL NOTICE" on the cover letter. Any additional time requested beyond the compliance date in the final notice will be determined on a case-by-case basis by the board/managing agent.
