JURIED EXHIBIT DESCRIPTION:
Eligibility: Open to all current members
Submission Deadline : Entry and form post-marked by March 28, 2013 or electronic files received by April 2, 2013.
Deadline Extended! Entry and form post-marked by April 11, 2013 or electronic files received by April 16, 2013
Format: Original artwork, gallery quality prints, sculpture, or multimedia of work created either with traditional or digital techniques or a mix thereof.
Subject: Science or nature-related themes; traditional or digital entries, up to 2 pieces per member.
Frame Size: 30" width or less is highly preferred (gallery space is limited). Sculpture: up to 10" tall. (for display in horizontal cases.)
Location : Dorr Museum, College of the Atlantic, Bar Harbor, Maine
Juried exhibition open July 8-August 24, 2013.
Acceptance Notification by : Friday, April 30, 2013 May 14, 2013.
Submission Formats:
-Digital files preferred: High quality (75/100+) JPG of PDF formats.
-Maximum of 2560 x 2560 pixels/Minimum of 1500 x 1500 pixels, no files larger than 5 MB each.
-Multimedia entries: MP4, FLV, SWF or MOV formats (for files over 5MB- use CD or File Sharing)
-To submit slides, please contact Jamie Guth.
SUBMISSION PROCESS:
Option 1: Online Entry (new!) Fill out the form below completely and submit by April 2, 2013. April 16, 2013
-Fill out the exhibit entry form, and burn the image files to a CD. Label the CD with your first and last name, and "GNSI 2013 Exhibit."
-Mail entries to: Jamie Guth, 4916 Maplecrest Road, Fort Wayne, IN 46835 (attn: GNSI Exhibit)
-CDs will not be returned.
-Postmark deadline: March 28, 2013 April 11, 2013
Option 3: E-mail Entry: Send an electronic copy of the exhibit entry form plus attached images of the artwork to:

NON-JURIED EXHIBITS
Small Works Exhibit : Any medium; reflect your real or imagined experience at a previous conference.
-Submit artwork no larger than 3.5" x 4", with 1/8" bleed all around for framing.
-There is no submission limit, but there is a $15/image fee for framing. The submission fee is waived if the art is donated to the GNSI Ed Fund Auction.
-Entries will be framed at the
TBD frame shop, and displayed near the registration table throughout the core conference, July 8-11.
