Injury Waiver

I, the Volunteer, release Earth Day SF (EDSF) and Green Zone Productions, and all persons acting on their behalf, from all liability with respect to any injury which arise from my volunteer activities for the Earth Day Festival, other than intentional or grossly negligent conduct. I assume the risk of injury, harm, and loss, physical or otherwise, associated with my volunteer activities. I understand that my activities may include work that may be hazardous.
