The Digital Media Center (DMC) will schedule a Media Needs meeting with you (the requester) to discuss your request. In most cases, the DMC requires a minimum of two - three (2-3) weeks notice in order to professionally complete your production request (depending on the complexity of the production, the DMC may require more lead time). If your request is not submitted to the DMC in the required time (as determined by the Media Needs meeting), the Digital Media Center cannot guarantee the quality and/or timeliness of your request.
