• Mighty Hawk Band Students Need Help From Parents

    By far, the most challenging and frustrating aspect of getting our kids the help they deserve is in inability of convincing parents that they can volunteer to help EVEN IF they don't feel like they have much time to give. You do not have to take on a large job or a great deal of responsibility. Sometimes the most simple things are the greatest help to our kids.

  • We basically need two types of help:

    1) board members to oversee the main operational functions such as finances and fund raising. This includes the position of band booster president. 2. We also need individuals who are willing to donate some time as event volunteers or helpers at some of the smaller activities and events we create.

  • Why Do We Need Volunteers? We Have 4 Band Directors.

    The running of a band program is simply too large for four directors. The ONLY Band Programs that are successful, are those who have parents who are not afraid to step forward and help their kids!

  • Band Booster Officers

    These are the individuals who are voted in to oversee the main operational functions such as finances and fund raising. This includes the position of band booster president. Other offices include Vice President for Fund Raising, Vice President for Concessions, Secretary, and the Band Treasurer
