I am available for Wedding coverage on Saturdays 10am-10pm, Sundays 2pm-6pm
Reservation for Photo Session Date & Time: On sending this request the Photographer will check on availability for your requested date and time, if your requested date and time is available, Julie Jackson will reserve the time agreed upon and will not make another reservation for the specified time frame. For this reason, any and all session retainers and/or deposits are non-refundable. If the shoot is cancelled due to illness or emergency, the Client(s) must notify Julie Jackson no less than 72 hours prior to their scheduled shoot. The photographer will make every effort to accommodate the request to reschedule but makes no guarantees of availability. Requested reschedule date may not exceed 3 months from original contract date; additional fees may apply if the photographers listed prices have increased.
PRMITS/PASSES: Client(s) agrees to obtain all necessary permits or passes required for photo locations. Client(s) understands that some locations may have exclusivity clauses that prohibit outside photographers. Client(s) agrees to confirm and to provide Julie Jackson Photography photographic access to the photo locations; this should be provided to Julie Jackson in writing no less than a week prior to the session.
