I acknowledge that there is risk of injury when participating in any physical activity and in the event that I should be injured at the 8th Annual AIDS Walk, I will hold harmless Latino Community Services and the Metropolitan District Commission known as "The MDC".

I acknowledge that by registering for this event I am consenting to having my image used for promotional purposes. Latino Comunity Services will use these photos to post on the agency websites and all social media outlets including but not limited to Facebook, Linkedin, YouTube, etc. I acknowledge that in order to opt-out of my photo being used, I need to make it explicitly known on the day of the event when registering on site.

I acknowledge that there will be a registration donation of $25.00 per person. (Children under age 12 are free)
