All new clients must have completed a "Meet and Greet" before a reservation can be confirmed. Our staff will contact you to schedule your "Meet and Greet" once your reservation has been submitted.

Deposits are refundable with at least 5 days’ notice of a cancellation. Please contact us to arrange payment. We accept Cash, Checks, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.
Note: We are closed for lodging pick up and drop off on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Easter, July 4th, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day. We are open from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Christmas Eve.
We are unable to care for the following dogs:
-Dogs that have a terminal illness and are in the late stages of life.
-Dogs that have had a communicable illness of any kind during the 30 days prior to check in.
-Dogs that require medical treatment beyond the dispensing of oral or topical medication (bandage changes, suture removal, wound care, post surgical needs, etc.).
Hours of Operation
Monday through Friday 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Saturday 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Sunday 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.
You must drop your dog off at least one hour prior to closing!
