Prior to start of service it is the pet owners responsibility to have payment arrangements set up with their veterinary hospital or veterinarian, or have other arrangements made in the event we are unable to reach you when your animal(s) need veterinary care. The dollar amount asked for above simply helps guide us in making decisions on the pet owners behalf, in the event veterinary care is needed.
**Most emergency veterinary hospitals DO NOT keep credit card information on file. In the event of an emergency, which occurs after hours or on a holiday, please have a back plan in order so your animal(s) can receive veterinary care in the event we cannot reach you otherwise they will go untreated.
