Refunds / Cancelations
100% Refund: 5+ days notice of cancelation with veterinary or physician's note. Death or loss of dog. 15+ days notice of cancelation for any reason.
50% Refund: 4 or less days notice of cancelation with veterinary or physician's note. OR 5-14 days notice of cancelation for any reason.
0% Refund:
Our classes are limited in space and kept small to maintain a higher quality in training. Registering for a class takes up a spot in that class. Full classes closed for registration. The sooner you notify us of a cancelation, the easier it is for us to approve the refund.
Rescheduled Classes
In the event there are not enough dogs registered for a scheduled class, we will notify you that the class must be rescheduled. If the rescheduled day and time is not agreeable, a full refund will be provided or you may choose another class date.
Waiver
The signatory and all other individuals associated with ownership of said dog agree not to hold Leaps N' Hounds trainers, Yard Bar, Lofty Dog, Bentley's Biscuits & Bones, or any location in which classes occur liable for any loss or injury which may occur upon the vicinity of the training premises or during any training program to 1) said dog, myself or any person handling or training said dog on my behalf, and 2) to any person, animal or thing which may be alleged to have been caused by said dog, myself or any person handling or training said dog on my behalf. I also understand that, while classes are family friendly, an adult must accompany any child under the age of 16 attending class.
Your instructor reserves the right to withdraw training privileges for any dog deemed aggressive or extremely disruptive. Dogs who are working through reactivity or aggression challenges are recommended for private training until they have reached a point where they are friendly towards all humans and the class setting may be beneficial and will not hinder their ability to learn.
We often take video and photos during classes. By submitting this waiver you agree that Leaps n' Hounds may use for publicity or promotional purposes your dog’s name and photos or video of you and your dog without liability or obligation to you. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, simply let your trainer know. By submitting this form you agree to the terms outlined in this form, including the refund/cancelation policy and class rules.
