Thank you for your interest in becoming a coach-in-training to learn and coach the LDC method in collaboration with the Ohio Department of Education, the Ohio High Schools That Work network, the Ohio Making Middle Grades Work network, and BattelleEd.
If selected as a coach-in-training, you will be asked to attend planning days before each training session as well as attend LDC part I, LDC part II, and LDC part III with educators from your designated region.
Important dates: LDC Part I - February 18 and 19, 2014 (location to be determined); LDC Part II - March 25 and 26 OR April 1 and 2 (location to be determined); and LDC Part III - June 16 and 17, 2014 (location to be determined);
Educators who are interested in training and coaching other teachers are encouraged to apply. Preference will be given to educators who are strong in one or more content areas and have a strong interest in coaching others.

This application requires a letter of recommendation indicating why you should be considered for the position of coach-in-training for Ohio's High Schools That Work and Making Middle Grades Work networks, a current resume or CV, and a completed and signed commitment/signature page from both you and your principal.
