NAYBEC’S initial demonstration and incubation project will relate to fixed and portable hydroponic systems that produce a sustainable level of plant and animal production. These demonstrations will include both physical structures and internal techniques that reflect the evolution of the growing process.

The demonstration of new technology will enable interested farmers and ranchers (existing and potential) to increase their knowledge and understanding of new opportunities in the food and agriculture industry.This will enable them to be a part of the rapid changes of the future.
The incubation activities will be to start-up promising technology businesses to create jobs and related economic activites. The initial two business incubation projects have been selected and now negotiating cooperative incubation agreements.
To facilitate the commercialization process, NAYBSEC will work with local communities and Indian Tribes to establish the capability to secure the financing of new business opportunities. This will enable the development of a collective economic environment to increase the production of plant and animal products consist with local culture and values.
