With a better understanding of what causes water and environmental problems, the means of preventing them seem obvious – develop the technology to alter the crystallization points of water and materials to prevent them from interfering with plant and soil activities. This is done by creating an EMF disturbance in the water that produces new crystallization centers for the water and minerals.
This new scientific studies have been used to demonstrate positive effects on the germination of seeds, on plant and tree growth, on ripening fruits and vegetables, on crop yields, etc. in various sections of the world, including Russia, Australia, Poland, Turkey, Portugal, England, Ireland, Spain, China, Japan and Saudi Arabia. However, the availability of government or university research on the subject in the United States was limited until recently.
The NAYBSEC program is aimed at studying the effects of various aspects of EMF and other green technology on plant and animal growth, soil properties/ the environment and related components of the food and water system. This includes identifying and testing appropriate green technologies, plants , animals, and soils to facilitate a rapid transfer of the new technical devices to existing or start-up enterprises.
