*We are currently basing whether you become a Mentor or Mentee on years of experience. If you have over 5 years of entrepreneurial experience you are considered to be a Mentor. If you have less than 5 years of experience, you are considered to be a Mentee. The reason we are using 5 years as a marker is because according to the Small Business Administration, over 50% of women will go out of business in the next 5 years. We want women who have beaten those odds to be Mentors.
