Before the first day of class:

* We will refund your full tuition or issue a credit if:

1. The event that your course is cancelled.

2. If the course you registered for is filled, we will place your name on a waiting list and refund your payment.

3. If you withdraw from a class at least 24 hours in advance of the starting time, we will send you a refund minus a $10 processing fee.

On or after the first day of class

1. You may transfer to any class offered at Three Sisters Art Studio and or Flamenco Worcester, durin the same term prior the second meeting of the class you are dropping, provided that it is at your level and that there is space available in the class you wish to transfer to.

2. We regret that no refunds or credits can be granted on or after the starting date of your class.

Pictures & Videos*

I understand that dancer's pictures and videos may be taken during class by the instructors or a designated agent or student for the sole purpose of publicity to be used on but are not limited to our studio website, social media pages, promotional flyers, posters, ads, mailers, and/or banners. Dancers not wishing to have their photos taken must submit a letter in writing indicating revocation of consent at the time of registration. All pictures chosen for use are based on good dance technique & proper attire. All pictures are family friendly & positive.
