FOSTER APPLICATION
The purpose of the HEAL foster program is to assist in the placement of abandoned cats and kittens found or acquired by our organization. The caregiver is the most important determinant of a cat’s welfare and there is no substitute for human care and attention. We seek fosters who love cats and are knowledgeable about them. Our fosters must be prepared to set aside time dedicated to interacting with and caring for the foster cats.

I UNDERSTAND THAT FOSTERING INVOLVES THE RISK OF INJURY SUCH AS CAT BITES (WHICH CAN BECOME INFECTED) AND SCRATCHES AS WELL AS OTHER DANGERS SUCH AS TRIPPING HAZARDS. FURTHERMORE, FOSTER ANIMALS CAN DAMAGE OR BREAK ITEMS AROUND THE RESIDENCE. I ACCEPT THIS RISK AND WILL NOT HOLD HAVEN ON EARTH ANIMAL LEAGUE, INC.LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE OR INJURIES WHILE FOSTERING OR VOLUNTEERING IN ANY CAPACITY.

Haven on Earth Animal League, Inc. is an all-volunteer organization whose volunteers work closely together. The group knowledge about cats and kittens is very extensive. Haven on Earth Animal League, Inc. fully understands that issues and errors do occur,and we only ask people to try their best.
