9:00am - College Reps arrive to set up table
10:00am - 4:00pm - College Corner Open
11:00am - 1:00pm - College Reps Should be at their table
Representatives are welcome to come earlier and stay later each day, but we ask you to be at your table between 11:00am and 1:00pm.
Representation may include coaches, admissions officer or other college rugby representative (alumni, players).
Suggestions for a Successful College Fair Table:
1. Arrive early to set up your table.
2. Wear Team Gear so players and families can easily identify you.
3. Bring ample Brochures/Handouts from your College's Admissions Office
4. Table Throw/Decorative Material for your table (Examples: Rugby Jerseys, pictures, Ball, Mascot Stuffed Animal)
5. Promotional Giveaways (Ask your admissions office if they have any) - Examples: Pens, Notepads, Candy etc.
6. Sign up Sheet/Sign up Cards
The registration fee is $100 and includes a table and two chairs in the College Corner. You will be prompted to make an online payment once you submit this form. If you prefer, you may mail a check to the Rugby Oregon office at 4506 SE Belmont Street, Suite 204, Portland, OR 97215.
