Terms and Conditions:
Our driver will arrive within the timeslot you selected. Please note that we reserve the right to charge $5 for Pickup/Delivery
fee for customer that do not show up during the reserved Pickup/Delivery time, unless you call us 3 hours in advance
(during normal business hours of Mon-Sat: 8:00AM - 7:00PM) to cancel the Pickup/Delivery. We will then do our best to
rearrange alternate date for Pickup/Delivery. If there are unforeseen events that cause your Pickup/Delivery to be late,
you will receive a call from our Customer Service team. If you'd like a status update for your order, feel free to contact us
