Exhibitor/Vendor Fee: $150 for 10’x10’ space during Festival
• Saturday, September 19, 2015, 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
• Sunday, September 20, 2015, 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
$150 due with application (will be returned in full if application is not accepted)
As an exhibitor/vendor, you will receive:
• 10’x10’ outdoor space at the Highlands Festival at Waterloo
• Free entry on each day of the festival for up to three booth workers
• Listing on HighlandsFestivalAtWaterloo.org
• Posting on the Festival’s Facebook page
• Listing in the Festival’s printed program.
To apply to be a Vendor/Exhibitor in the Crafts & Fair Trade Marketplace OR the Living Green Expo, please review the Terms & Conditions and then fill out the form below. Your application will be reviewed and you will be contacted by email within two weeks regarding acceptance into the Festival.
If accepted, the $150.00 non-refundable payment will reserve your exhibit space. If you are not accepted, your full payment of $150 will be returned.
