Club events projected to involve more than 50 students, or that go beyond the scope of a club’s members, must identify a sponsoring Westmont department or organization. Begin this process by filling out the event proposal form on the Campus Life website.
Consider costs for venues, lighting, sound, microphones, projectors, chairs, tables (all of these items cost to reserve on campus; if cost details are needed contact the Clubs Coordinator or respective campus department), refreshments, advertising, etc.
Costs for club travel (transportation, food, etc.) are not typically covered.
You can request up to $23/night per club member for overnight accommodation costs for off campus events or activities.
