1. We reserve the right to refuse material that is inappropriate for an all-ages audience with diverse backgrounds.

2. Materials should be no larger than 11 inches by 12 inches, in order to fit properly in the bags.

3. We are expecting to provide 4,000 swag bags.

4. Materials must be received by September 26, 2014 in order to guarantee that we can include them in our swag bags.
