Scholar Pass Policies

1. Valid photo ID is necessary to finalize your application; please bring it on your first visit

2. Museum membership is not required to apply for a Scholar Pass

3. Scholar Pass holders are required to pay all applicable museum admission fees

4. Scholar Passes are good for one calendar year and expire on December 31

5. Scholar Passes may not be used by anyone other than the party named on this form

6. If a group wishes to use items from Column A, all must apply for a Scholar Pass

7. Any photographs taken of Library collections are for personal use and will not be shared on social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

8. Library staff reserve the right to limit the use of Column A items to one book, box, or folder at a time
