This online application is for families previously enrolled in the Sovereign Grace Church home school oversight umbrella. All the information provided with this application will be held in confidence by the pastors, support staff and coordinator of the Home School Program. This application must be filled out in its entirety and submitted with the $75 registration fee to complete the enrollment renewal process.
