This online application is for families who are interested in enrolling in the Sovereign Grace Church home school oversight umbrella. This application does not assure final admittance, but provides necessary information in determining enrollment. All the information provided with this application will be held in confidence by the pastors, support staff and coordinator of the Home School Program. This application must be filled out in its entirety and submitted with the $75 registration fee to complete the enrollment process.
