THE FOLLOWING SHOULD BE UPLOADED TO THIS FORM:
1. A cover letter, indicating your desired internship, describing your interest in Forum, summarizing your prior experience and/or qualifications, and explaining why you are the ideal candidate for your desired internship. How will this internship assist you with your career goals? COVER LETTERS SHOULD BE IN PDF FORMAT AND NAMED "LAST NAME FIRST NAME COVER LETTER" (ie Piegari Natalie Cover Letter).
2. A professional work resume which lists: education & training, work history, theatre/arts experience, and computer skills. RESUMES SHOULD BE IN PDF FORMAT AND NAMED "LAST NAME FIRST NAME RESUME" (ie Piegari Natalie Resume).
3. The "Assistant to the Artistic Director", "Forum For All: Marketing & Outreach", "Business Development" "Play Development & Dramaturgy", and "Management & Development" internships require a writing sample submission. WRITING SAMPLES SHOULD BE IN PDF FORMAT AND NAMED "LAST NAME FIRST NAME WRITING SAMPLE" (ie Piegari Natalie Writing Sample). Writing samples should not be a work of fiction, creative writing, or play script.

Forum internships are volunteer positions and housing is not provided.
Now accepting applications for 2015/2016 season. Due date for season long and fall semester internships (for current students) is March 9th, 2015. Production-based intern applications are due on a rolling basis.
