DPYO Absence Form
Please refer to the DPYO Member Handbook for complete information regarding our absence policy.
This online absence form must be submitted at least 2 weeks in advance of any expected absence.
In the event of a sudden illness, the online absence form must be submitted before the start of rehearsal.
Performances sponsored by your school music program, solo and ensemble contests, or other events required by your school music program will be considered excused absences. An online absence form must be submitted 2 weeks in advance.
No member will be excused from a dress rehearsal or any rehearsal within 7 days of a concert.
Excessive absences or absence from a dress rehearsal or concert will be cause for reassignment of chair position or dismissal from the orchestra at the discretion of the conductor.
