By clicking SUBMIT below, I certify I am the parent/guardian of the minor named on this form. I hereby agree to allow Sharon Elizabeth Photography to post my child's photograph purchased from the Hall High Pops n Jazz show on Facebook/Instagram to allow social media sharing. Sharon Elizabeth Photograhy is distributing the mobile app to the Pops n Jazz performers and their parents. It is strongly recommended to keep the sharing within this group. I understand that once posted, Sharon Elizabeth Photography cannot control how the images are shared. Any blatant abuse of the app or posted photos will result in the images being taken down and the app being disabled for everyone.

The images may be shared and tagged by both the parents & the child, but remains under Federal Copyright Law and may not be screen captured, scanned, downloaded, right-clicked and saved, printed or copied. Further, the image shall not be altered, inlcuding but not limited to, editing out the logo watermark. The image posted is a low-resoultion suitable for web-sharing and not for printing.
