EVENT SUPPORT REQUEST
  • EVENT SUPPORT REQUEST FORM

  • Submit your request at least 5 business days prior to event date for small events (less than 30 people) and 3 to 4 weeks for huge events (30 people or more) by filling up this form. Failure to submit on the required date may cause delay, incomplete service or disapproval of support.

    Your request wil NOT be processed unless the following informations below are provided:

    • Attach proof of approval to conduct the event, for Student organized event. Contact Student Affairs: studentaffairs@qatar.northwestern.edu
    • Attach proof of approved use of Community Hour if the event is at 1:00pm-2:15pm. Contact Dean's Office: s-sadler@northwestern.edu
    • Attach proof of approved space reservation. Contact respective departments managing the list of spaces available.
    • Attach proof of approval from the respective department in-charge for the venue not found on the list.

    IT now offers Translation Services in G-226 Auditorium and G-337 Projection Theatre, but it's not possible to do the translation at the same time. 

    For large events that require more than 40 headsets, please contact local event companies like; Crystal Studio, Spirit Events, WMP, etc..
