Drug and Alcohol Enforcement Policy
Pride Master, Inc. has a strict policy regarding being under the influence of drugs, alcohol or both during work hours. Any employee known to have used any kind of drugs or consumed alcohol during work hours or to be found under the influence of either or both during work hours will be subject to disciplinary action in accordance with our Employee Rules/Policies Handbook. The only exception will be prescription drugs and then only if Pride Master, Inc. administrative management has been provided with a doctors release stating that the employees ability to work at height, in hazardous situations and in varying weather conditions will not be hindered by the prescribed drug(s).
