NOTE ON AGE: If you are  under the age of 18, you must have parental consent to  request a photo shoot. A parent or legal guardian must also  be involved with handling photo shoot arrangements as well  as be present during a shoot.

Do you have photos of yourself you  can send for reference? Please submit 3 photos.  Photos must be 2 weeks old at most and must contain at least  one body shot.

Do you have networking sites with photos of yourself for reference?

Do you have any interesting props or resources available that could be used for a shoot?

Are there any particular locations that you may have access to or can recommend that you think might be cool to shoot at?

Do you have any interesting or noteworthy skills or talents that could be of use during a shoot?

NOTE: Skills could be  anything from dance or martial arts experience, to juggling,  to something unique you can do with your body, or anything  else that could help make a cool picture and/or could help  assist the photo shoot process.

NOTE: All shoots involving  nudity, in any form, are intended to be tasteful. I respect  the people I work with and never suggest that they do  anything that they are uncomfortable with.
