-Assume all responsibility for the care and well being for the animal that I am fostering through Hooves, Paws and Claws.
-Provide a heartworm preventative and flea and tick preventative which is approved by HPC and administer on a monthly basis unless rescues veterinarian states otherwise.
-Use only the veterinarian approved by HPC and notify a representative when veterinary care is needed.
-Do not release foster animal to any other person without express permission from a representative of HPC
-If needed have a representative of HPC assist in acclimating the dog into its foster home and occupants
-Provide proper food, clean water, clean shelter, and loving care for foster animal.
-Keep animal indoors and transport cats in carriers. Keep dogs on a leash or in a fenced yard and under adult supervision when not indoors
-Cooperate with adoption efforts and arrange transport or drop off/pick up from appropriate adoption events
-Permit a HPC representative to visit my home where animal will reside.
-To understand that all animals may be unpredictable and to hold Hooves, Paws and Claws and its representatives free and harmless from any loss, damage or death to person, animal or property caused by the animal in foster care.
