Thanks for your interest in becoming a Volunteer! Please fill out this form and we will get in touch with you. Our team will work to find a compatible position for you after all the applications are reviewed.

As a volunteer you will receive a USCA T-shirt, access to USCA conference for the day(s) and time that you volunteer and a great opportunity to learn and engage -- build national support networks, exchange the latest information and learn cutting-edge tools to address the challenges of HIV/AIDS.

You will be directed to a confirmation page when your application is uploaded successfully. If you are not directed to a confirmation page, please correct the errors indicated in red text and submit your application again.

In order to volunteer:
- You must complete and submit a Volunteer application
- You must be able to work your entire volunteer assignment as assigned
- Regional volunteers will be asked to participate in a training & orientation in August of 2015.
- Depending on your specific volunteer role, you may also have to participate in pre-conference training
- You must be over 18 years of age or if a minor have approval of a parent or guardian in writing
- You are asked to upload a picture of yourself*
