Types of Requests:
- Project: Anything new that needs to be created
- Task: Update of something already created
- Tech issue: Site down, email not working, etc.

Monitoring:
- Tech issues are monitored around the clock and generally resolved within 24 hours.
- Turnaround for tasks/projects depends on complexity and you will generally hear back within 24-48 hours of the close of the following business day.
- Forward emails from 3rd parties only after alerting us using the option provided on this form.
- There is only one URL per new request.
