Payment book coupons are printed four-up on 8x11 paper stock. The coupons are perforated horizontally for easy payment book assembly, and they are perforated vertically to provide your debtor with a payment stub Shipping cost is $9.50 per pack.

Full box of 8,000 Coupons (25% bulk purchase discount = $396 per box )

If you are printing lots of payment books, buying a box of 8,000 coupons saves 25% over the cost of individual packs of 1,000. Shipping cost is $30 per box (Continental US - Alaska & Hawaii may cost more)

Covers and Backs ($9.50 per 100)

Ordering 2 or more will save you on shipping costs.

Our heavy, semi-gloss payment book covers and backs give that professional, finished look to your payment books. Each pack contains 100 covers and 100 backs. Covers are imprinted with the words "Payment Book". Backs are not printed. Shipping cost is $6.50 for the first pack of 100, $3.50 per pack on multiple packs ordered at the same time.
