The coupons are perforated horizontally for easy payment book assembly, and they are perforated vertically to provide your debtor with a payment stub. Currently low on stock. OUT OF STOCK Our heavy, semi-gloss payment book covers and backs give that professional, finished look to your payment books. Each pack contains 100 covers and 100 backs. Covers are imprinted with the words "Payment Book". Backs are not printed. Shipping cost is $6.50 for the first pack of 100, $3.50 per pack on multiple packs ordered at the same time.
