In choosing to work with Noble Beast Dog Training, I FULLY UNDERSTAND THAT ANY TIME ANIMALS ARE TOGETHER,RISKS ARE ALWAYS INVOLVED AND WHILE WE AT NOBLE BEAST DOG TRAINING PRACTICE SAFETY TO THE FULLEST, ACCIDENTS MAY HAPPEN.
I understand that Noble Beast Dog Training, its employees, and Partners shall not be held liable for any injury or damages to any person, animal or property which results from the training or behavior of my pet.
I understand and agree that any child under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
I agree that Noble Beast Dog Training and its employees shall not be held liable for any costs or expenses incurred as a result of my pet’s participation in any and all programs or pet care including but not limited to walking, boarding, administration of medication, transporting, and/or training.
I acknowledge that no service provided by any Noble Beast Dog Training personnel constitutes a guarantee of outcome or modification of any particular behavior.
While using the services of Noble Beast I understand and agree to the following:
Dogs(s) must be up to date on all vaccinations and leave information for a local vet in case of an emergency. Our vaccines requirements may include Distemper/Parvo, Rabies, and Bordatella, and Canine Influenza – Please note we do accept titers and written vet release for most vaccines and at most of our locations.
Dogs(s) must have current tags and/or microchip for identification purposes.
If a pet should die while under the care of Noble Beast Dog Training, we will not be responsible for any pain & suffering or damages as long as it does not relate to abuse, neglect or lack of supervision.
If dog is aggressive, Noble Beast Dog Training will not be responsible for any damages done by pet.
Client may cancel any service free of charge as long as it is done 24 hours prior to date of service.
Payments must be paid prior to or at time of service or a bill may be requested. If bill is not paid within 5 days a $50 late fee will be applied every week the bill is not paid.
Noble Beast Dog Training reserves the right to deny service based on inappropriate or uncomfortable situations that arise by either pet or client AND/OR safety concerns.
Noble Beast Dog Training reserves the right to report abuse and/or neglect done to any pet(s).
In the event of illness or injury to my pet, I authorize Noble Beast Dog Training and its trainers, as my pet care giver, to bring in my pet(s) for whatever medical treatment required. I will assume full responsibility for payment of all services rendered for any medical treatment or medications.
