I understand the Training Plan and Membership requires a fee and agree to pay this monthly fee on time in order to receive my Monthly Training Plan, issued monthly. I also understand monthly payments will be processed on the same day of each month. Cancellation process is done no later than 16 days from auto monthly renew date. Cancellation requests must be done in writing Written cancellation notices must be submitted to csupport@lojovaultassault.com 16 days prior to automatic billing date. Monthly Membership fee for LoJo Vault Assault Training Plan is $150.00 a month and will be set up to monthly auto draft on the same date each month.

LoJo Entertainment, Inc./Vault Assault maintains all copyrights on all materials distributed to athlete and shall not be duplicated, distributed or shared by the athlete to anyone.

Neither Lawrence Johnson nor Vault Assault endorses training without sufficient safety supervision. Every VA Training Plan Member must have supervision while performing drills, exercises, and training relative to any VA direction.

Training Plan Subscribers are responsible for upholding the rules of good conduct and sportsmanship, and maintaining confidentiality.

Training Plan Subscribers are responsible for any meet entry fees, coaching fees and travel cost to competitions unless otherwise noted. (This applies if an athlete decides to have one of Team VA coaches to assist in a competition/meet even if athlete is competing with another club/high school. Meet coaching fee is $85.00 per meet)
